Originally an 1880’s Standard Oil Pumping Station - abandoned in the 1930’s for almost a hundred years. Re-opened in 2021 as the Cochecton Pump House, the seasonal outdoor venue space we have grown to love.
The Electric Chords will be performing at 3:30 pm and there will be a Dance Party by DJ Tikka Masala 4:30 - 6:30 pm!!
Enjoy some great food, delicious drinks, and have a wonderful time!

This 27,000 square foot building was originally constructed as an Antique Store & Gift Shop, Memories opened in 1975. In the late 2000’s, they closed their doors and started doing business online. The construction of the Route 17 bypass greatly impacted the town of Parksville and it’s businesses.
In 2021, following a foreclosure, Artists and Filmmakers Marcus Brooks and Ali Azios purchased the property and have transformed it into a diverse creative environment w/ sound stages, open studio, and galleries.
